Ahmed Hasan

Ahmed Hasan

Founder & CEO

Ahmed Hasan is a Silicon Valley-based corporate lawyer and the founder of Venture Bridge Law. He has more than a decade of experience working on $1.5 billion in venture financings, M&A and other complex corporate and commercial transactions.

He understands the pressures his clients face. As Chief Strategy Officer at a hard-tech startup, he helped lead its fundraising and commercial strategy while getting his hands dirty running proofs of concept at Walmart and American Airlines. Earlier, he helped launch a VC firm’s first fund and a tech startup’s first product.

That operating and investing experience informs the advice and hands-on support he offers clients today. He is not there just to deliver legal input, but to address the underlying business concerns based on each client’s tolerance for risk. He sees himself as a closer, a partner in assuring the success of every transaction and never an impediment.

Before founding Venture Bridge Law, Ahmed was Of Counsel at White Summers Caffee & James, where he co-led White Summers International, and earlier practiced at Inventus Law in Palo Alto. He is a Fellow of Stanford Angels & Entrepreneurs.

Education: UCLA School of Law, LL.M. in Banking, Corporate, Finance and Securities Law; University of Buckingham, LL.B.
Admissions: California
