Ahmed is a Silicon Valley corporate lawyer who has sat on all sides of the table. He has more than a decade of experience working on $1.5 billion in venture financings, M&A and other complex corporate and commercial transactions. As Chief Strategy Officer at a hard-tech startup, he helped lead its fundraising and commercial strategy while getting his hands dirty running proofs of concept at Walmart and American Airlines. Earlier, he helped launch a VC firm’s first fund and a tech startup’s first product.
That operating and investing experience informs the advice and hands-on support he offers clients today, and he stays personally involved in every complex or high-stakes matter the firm takes on.
