Our website is still in development. Rather than publish a holding page, we are sending this memorandum so you have the substance now.

I.

The Firm

Venture Bridge Law is a boutique transactional firm. We represent technology companies at every stage of growth, the founders who build them, the investors who fund them, and the strategic acquirers who buy them. Our clients treat us as their first call on strategic legal questions and the firm that closes their deals.

Our attorneys are trained at the nation's top law schools and law firms, and together have closed more than $5 billion in transactions globally.

Our growing roster includes five senior of-counsel attorneys, each bringing decades of focused expertise in their practice area. Together, they cover every practice area of the firm — small enough to be responsive, broad enough to handle the full arc of a transaction in-house, from formation through exit.

We built this firm to run the way a modern business should: lean, technology-enabled, and laser-focused. Big-law experience without the big-law overhead.

The Founder

Ahmed Hasan

How We Work

Senior-led

Every matter is staffed and run by senior counsel. Clients do not subsidize the training of junior associates and do not encounter a rotating cast each quarter.

Selective

We limit our engagements so each client receives the responsiveness and depth that complex transactions demand.

Modern

Workflow automation, structured diligence, and integrated closing systems let us move at deal speed without compromising rigor.
